ABBEY Language Travel is an incorporated company in Australia and New Zealand with offices in Sydney and the Hunter Valley in Australia, Auckland in New Zealand, Buenos Aires in Argentina and Thailand in Asia.

ABBEY Language Travel commenced operations in Australia and New Zealand in January 2006.

ABBEY  provides free specialist information and global booking assistance to individuals, teachers, schools and other institutions seeking to find a Spanish, French, German, Italian, Chinese or Japanese language course abroad. ABBEY Language Travel offers language courses at quality language schools throughout Europe, Latin and South America, Canada, China and Japan.

ABBEY Language Travel is appointed as a representative of its partner language schools to provide highly professional student recruitment and counseling service. ABBEY aims to find the best language school destination and related services such as accommodation, local sightseeing and airport transfers to suit the particular needs of individuals and clients. It is dedicated to ensuring that selecting, booking and paying for an overseas language course and related services, is managed smoothly and efficiently.

Aside from assisting individuals with booking foreign language courses and related services abroad, ABBEY offers a highly supportive service for High Schools and foreign language teachers seeking to mount foreign language and culture tours for students studying foreign languages.

Open Tours are also offered to language students wishing to join a fully escorted language study tour. High School students wishing to join with other students the same age (16 – 18 years old) are welcome to apply for a place on an ABBEY Open Tour to a destination of their choice. ABBEY offers a number of  Tours each year coinciding with school holidays in Australia and New Zealand to selected destinations. The Tours are designed to increase language fluency and speaking confidence. All tours include at least two weeks of language lessons and home-stay as the basic accommodation option, and are led of experienced Tour Leaders.

The company is owned and managed by Ms Alyson Moore. Ms Moore has extensive experience in the foreign language school industry in Australia having owned and operated the largest and most well established English language school in Australia for 13 years prior to establishing ABBEY Language Travel as the first specialized service to provide a service for Australians and New Zealanders wishing to study a foreign language abroad.
